Those wacky Anglicans
I just heard on the radio this morning that the conservative Anglicans are going to form a “church within a church.” What is amusing (and very sad at the same time) is that these people should be separating from the liberal Anglican church, not trying to reform it. Some people I guess just can’t give up their denomination, with is really, really sad.
This same thing happened back in the day with the baptists, rather then mark those whose taught false doctrines, they tried to find common ground with the liberals/modernists/German humanists. Now we have a plethora of people who doubt that Jesus was born of a virgin, think the plagues in Egypt can be explained by human reasoning, 3 days and 3 nights doesn’t mean what it says, etc. It’s only a matter time until homosexuality is supported by mainstream churchianity. There currently are several ministries that believe as long as you are not a practicing homosexual, then you are a good Christian. Sad indeed.
