I'm not familar with your issues of Tim Dick, but he has emailed me, so he must read your blog.  My main response to him was that I will not keep emails private, so any future emails to me should be assumed to be read by the public.  I do hope that he responds so we can have a public discussion.  He's certainly not the worst in the report, but I'd love to address a number of issues and differences that I would have with him, and people who think like him, regarding financial stewardship.
